Today I was thinking about the existence of a gastronomic intelligence too, that could be related to "creativity", which is also a form of intelligence. Since I was considering that outside Italy only two pasta dishes are known: bolognese and carbonara (not even the authentic carbonara). That is, foreigners have realized they LOVE pasta, but despite being truly enthusiastic about it, they are not able to move further than these two sauces… Now, Sicilian pasta recipes come to my mind, those explosions of flavors, those insane mix of dry fruit, muddica (a mix of anchovies and breadcrumbs), vegetables, fish, spices, herbs… some kind of trips into a sensorial science fiction for non Italians; they – the non Italians – have only bolognese for red pasta and that fake creamy sauce they insists on calling carbonara for the white one, only those…It sounds crazy, but they cannot go any further. What i would want is help them do that."

The sauce should be frozen. We can provide to you microwaveable containers from a single serving (4₱ each)
SUGGESTION: Many of these dish pasta would like to be served with grated parmesan, you can find acceptable here in the Philippines: American Heritage,Perfect Italiano,Knorr,or other brands. Or ask to us the real italian Parmigiano D.O.P. There are many shapes and types of pasta,long or short, fresh or dried, choose the one you want for our sauces, we can advise. But always cook it "al dente" it means to be firm to the bite.
